For an assignment for my Documentary Cinema class, I started documenting my feelings as I prepared myself for turning fifty and began to work on my body physically. I dropped weight from 139 1/2 to 128 1/2 and worked on my posture. I realize I need to keep track of what's going on. Not for anyone else, but just for me. I realize that I need to work on myself as a spiritual and kind person as well as my body. I need to be accepting and caring and open. Anyway, I'm going to post my documentary cinema work and then continue with updates.
